Please allow 7 working days for handling and a further 2-3 working days for shipping with Royal Mail. We hand pour all of our candles to ensure the highest quality. If you need your order quicker within a certain amount of days, you can always email us enquiries@coxandcastles.com and we can check if we have your item/items in stock.

Returns are not accepted, except for damaged items that may have occurred during transit. If item/items arrive damaged you have 1 week after arrival to let us know for replacement. We do not accept returns of candles that have been lit. We may require photographic evidence of breakages and of the packaging. We may also require this to be returned.
