What kind wax do you use in your candles?

We use Rapeseed and Coconut wax. It is made from rapeseed oil and coconut oil and nothing else.  It is completely free from paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives.

How do I get the most out of my candle?

To guarantee you get the most out of your candle and make sure there is no tunneling; the first time you burn your candle please ensure you light it for 2-4 hours, until the melt pool has reached the edge of your jar.

Do I need to trim the wick?

Trimming your candle wick increases the lifespan of your candle. As a candle burns, wicks start to split and the burnt pieces may break off into the wax forming debris near the base of the wick. Trimming the wick also prevents smoke and soot and helps avoid your candle from tunneling.

Does the candle get hot?

We always recommend that you place the candle on a suitable heat resistant surface so not to cause any damage. You should never move a lit candle or tealight or when the wax is still liquid.

Are your products Vegan Friendly/Cruelty Free?

Our fragrance oils are both Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free. They conform to IFRA standards.
